Omega 3 Fish Oil

You have probably heard that a diet rich in oily omega 3 fish like sardines, mackerel and tuna can help to protect you against the blood clots that cause heart attacks. That has been demonstrated repeatedly in omega 3 fish oil clinical trials. When this Omega 3 trail was initiated by researchers, they noticed a curiously low incidence of coronary artery disease in natives of Greenland, for whom fish is a dietary staple.

Now it appears that the same omega-3 fatty acids found in fish has a whole host of other benefits too. It can protect against depression, ADHD and inflammatory conditions such as psoriasis, rheumatoid arthritis and Crohn's disease, as well as lupus and eczema. They may even ease menstrual cramps. If you don't like the taste of fish, take omega fish oil capsules instead.

90% ÷ 18% = 5 times stronger or more concentrated than the average off the shelf omega 3.

We see the average capsule of Omega 3 in the market today at about 1000mg. Most, if not all, have very low EPA strength, which at 18% concentrate, is a waste of money.

They have little or no effect at all unless taken in huge quantities. Our capsules are 500mg, of which 300mg is EPA, but at 90% concentrate, an effective 270mg.
